Ethnic Women’s Leadership Course

In 2022, Dr. Hafsa Ahmed, co-founder of the Lady Khadija Trust, pioneered New Zealand’s inaugural ethnic women leadership course. Designed and led by ethnic women for ethnic women, this course aims to cultivate cultural confidence, resilience, and lasting connections.

The course focuses on empowering ethnic women to become catalysts for positive change, nurturing their skills and self-assurance.

Through a journey of self-discovery and equipped with tools for self-leadership and guiding others, participants are poised to support, inspire, and uplift ethnic women while forging enduring relationships within their communities.
