Embracing the title of ‘The Optimistic Futurist,’ Hafsa uses Van Gogh’s ‘The Starry Night’ as the metaphor for her life as it showcases hope, possibility and belief in our ability to enhance lives and craft a brighter future. Leveraging her expertise as a leadership guide and futurist, she helps individuals and organisations examine their narratives to curate purpose-driven, intentional futures. Her diverse skill set also includes strategic foresight planning and change management.

With a background in research, advocacy, and cross-cultural programme management, Benish is passionate about equitable opportunities and amplifying underrepresented voices. Her work reflects a deep commitment to social justice, community resilience, and transformative leadership. In her current role, she facilitates initiatives that foster engagement and growth for ethnic women in Aotearoa New Zealand.

A dynamic marketing, fundraising and communications professional with over a decade of experience across the United Nations, UNICEF, NGOs, local agencies, and freelance consultancy.
